Stephen M. Perry, D.D.S
Dr. Perry graduated from Northwestern in 1973.  He enjoys working with patients of all ages and is passionate about providing the best dental care and experience for every patient.  Dr. Perry has been part of the Boulder community since 1980.  He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding. 

Dr. Holecek, D.D.S
Dr. Holecek graduated from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed his general practice residency in 1989.  Dr. Holecek founded the Himalayan Dental Relief Project, which provides free dental care in Nepal, India, Vietnam and Guatemala.  He is a published author, an active concert-level pianist and enjoys skiing and tennis.

Dr. Mark Hook, D.D.S.
Dr. Mark Hook is a 1978 graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Hook strives to provide his patients with the kinds of dental experiences that allow them to achieve optimal dental health in a caring and cheerful atmosphere. He enjoys everything outdoors Colorado with his black lab, mesa.

Allan Skromme, D.D.S.
After graduating from the University of Michigan in 1973, Dr. Skromme entered private practice.  Dr. Skromme joined Dental Health of Boulder in 1998, practicing general dentistry and endodontics.  He enjoys baseball and is an avid Rockies fan.  He is very caring and understanding with all his patients.

Judy Blake, Office Manager
Judy joined Dental Health of Boulder as office manager in 1999 bringing with her many years of medical management and operational experience. She has worked for a large hospital corporation in Houston, Texas, as well as Rose Healthcare Centers and HealthOne Occupational Health System in Denver. In addition to her business background, Judy is a certified massage therapist. Judy is an avid skier and enjoys reading, travel, and indie movies.

Kathleen Proulx, RDH
Kathleen graduated from Colorado Northwestern Community College and she has been practicing in general dentistry in Colorado since 1978.  Kathleen joined Dental Health of Boulder in 2006.  In her spare time, Kathleen teaches Spanish and Country Western Dance.  She is a member of the Northglenn Moose Lodge and has three boys in college.

Christine Silengo, RDH
Christine graduated from Colorado Northwestern Community College and joined Dental Health of Boulder in 2006.  Christine has worked in general dentistry in Colorado since 1978.  Christine's hobbies include designing and creating clothes and jewelry.  She also has a B.S. in business and teaches dental radiology part-time.

Arden Sidwell, R.D.H.
Arden is new to Boulder having moved here from St. Louis in 2009. She graduated from St. Louis Forest Park Community College in 2003 and has practiced as a dental hygienist since then. Hiking, horseback riding, and spending time with her husband and nine-year-old son are a few of Arden’s major interests.

Dr. Luis A. Gomez, DMD
Dr. Gomez received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry and a post-doctoral degree in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.  In 1989 he was appointed Assistant Professor and Clinical Assistant Professor at Temple University, and in 1994 he was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania.  His responsibilities included course director, training of pre-doctoral and post-doctoral students, comprehensive treatment planning, didactic courses and the development if quality grading systems.  He was a long-standing member of hospital admissions, the clinical review board, faculty search, and the clinical management system committee.  Before relocating to Colorado in 1998 his clinical practice experience included a general practice residency, private general practice, practice limited to Periodontics, and a multi-specialty group practice.  Dr. Gomez is a partner in Colorado Dental Healthcare Specialists and is dedicated to Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
